At Portrait Moods, we offer exclusive preorder access for selected accessories and jewelry pieces, giving you the opportunity to reserve signature styles before they’re officially released or restocked.

🛍 What Is a Preorder?

Preordering means you’re securing your piece before it’s available for immediate dispatch. These items are either custom-made, hand-finished, or in high demand — and made especially for you.

🚚 Delivery Timeline

Preorder items require a maximum of 30 days to be delivered from the date of purchase.
We aim to dispatch most preorders within 15–25 days, but please allow up to 30 days during high-demand periods or for custom-made pieces.

You will receive regular email updates throughout the process:

• Order Confirmation

• Production/Processing Notification

• Shipment Confirmation with Tracking

💎 Mixed Orders

If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, we will:

• Ship in-stock items immediately, and

• Deliver preordered items separately once ready — at no extra cost.

📦 Delivery Partners

We ship with trusted logistics partners to ensure secure and timely delivery. Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order ships.

🔁 Cancellation & Refund Policy for Preorders

Preorders are final sale and cannot be canceled once placed. Each piece is reserved and/or produced specifically for your order. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, our team will assist you in line with our return policy.
